Tri County Ground Search and Rescue

Tri-County Ground Search and Rescue proudly joins Codiac RCMP in celebrating Police Week at the Codiac RCMP building parking lot in Moncton on Saturday, May 15.

Search team members from Tri-County, Miramichi and Greater Fundy practice their skills during a day long excercise in Moncton.

Tri-County Search and Rescue is greatful to be the recipient of a generous donation in the amount of $800.00 from Holiday Inn Express Magnetic Hill Moncton as a result of their “10 days of giving campaign”. In the photo above is (from left to right) Cedric Mallais President of Tri-County Ground SAR, Jacky Hicks Sales Coordinator and Rick Lambert Sales Manager Holiday Inn Express. 

Pictured is Dawn Chase, with her creation—“Frazzled Freddie”.  Or that was the subject’s name for this exercise.  The team spent the morning navigating through the bush, stopped and made fires to boil some water.  In the afternoon we extracted Frazzled Freddie from a gully using the slope extraction equipment. It was a good day—especially for Fred!
